I agree with you about finding a workout that you enjoy that doesn&#039;t feel like drudgery. If you ever took gymnastics or ballet, those old skills will come back to you. It&#039;s also fun to watch the experts perform. Maybe in another life we were circus performers! Hehe...</description>

I am not a runner or weight-lifter. I am the kind of person that would inline skate or ride bikes in order to &quot;work out&quot; without knowing that I am &quot;working out&quot; ...if I don&#039;t have fun, I don&#039;t do it.
